Open Question: Jogging on Treadmill - Better than walking?
Is this 30 minute workout ok… I hate running but I will jog in intervals with incline and feel the pain in my legs.
Warm-up - 10 lunges and 10 curtsey squats. Cardio - I jog for 15 minutes on the treadmill at 6.3, then for 5 minutes I go down to 5.0 but incline on 8 -10, then jog for another 5 minutes on 6.3 and incline on 2, then walk on incline 7-10 for the last 5 minutes.
I’ve just started this again after being slack for a while, so will I see results with this or not?
Although it says I have burnt 350 calories at the end, as I would if I walked it, I feel heaps more worn out jogging for the 20 minutes instead of walking it. Is my treadmill lying to me in calories lol?
