Open Question: Is my workout going to work?

I workout 3 days a week, doing 35 to 45 minutes on the treadmill. Then additional workouts between Lat Pulls, Chest Press, Arm Curls, Seated Row, and so forth. How long will it take me to lose 25 pounds at this rate? Am I doing too much or too little?
Thank you kindly.
I also eat only once a day and it’s after 8 P.M. If I attempt to eat breakfast or lunch it makes me sick.

Open Question: serious problem with the tread mill . please help?

I am able to work half an hour on the treadmill , burning about 300 Kcal , after which I hit the tread mill ( not immediately) but cant get more than 5 minutes of running, my guts start to ache…is this common or is it my stamina…( i workout about 3 days a week)

I am trying to finally reach my goal, of losing 100lbs. I have workout equipment and plan to get on the treadmill for one hour a day. I need some ideas on how long it would generally take. Also, I want to eat right doing so any suggestions? Keep in mind I don’t want to limit to many food.

Open Question: Any personal trainers out there? What sort of workout should i start with?

I need a low-impact workout that really burns calories, but is a lot easier than Tae-Bo. I am NOT young. During the summer I swim laps a mile a day. But when the weather is too cool for swimming I need a replacement to burn the calories. I work out at a gym with a trainer, so I don’t need more weights or pilates. Walking my treadmill just doesn’t burn the same amount of calories as swimming. TIA
I already diet with healthy foods, I’m losing weight, and I take a detox shake. What a need is a low-impact video to take the place of fat-burning that I get so easily in my pool in warm weather. And a video that is not too hard on my fragile bones.
