Open Question: Help! I need a substitute workout! Suggestions, please!?

I normally walk on the treadmill at a brisk pace while rotating my torso for 30 minutes.
But, I have a blister on my left heel so it really hurts to walk (or do anything) with shoes on. I tried putting on my softball socks to work out, but my heel still really hurt.
Is there any sort of workout that is equivilant to my treadmill workout that I can do for 30 minutes without wearing shoes? (and no, I’m not doing the treadmill barefoot).
