ok well i didn’t wanna play football this year because i am a freshman this year and the freshman team is like a joke in high school well at mine it is. All the older kids don’t pay attention to it. So i am just gonna workout and get ready for next year. Here are my stats I am
5 Foot 7 Inches(i’ll grow in the next year)
14 Years old
128 Pounds.
I need a workout plan to get me all ready to play cornerback next year(starting). I don’t got much workout equipment except a treadmill(which i run 2 miles about 3-4 times a week)
A benchpress
and some dumbbells. So all you fitness experts and football experts i need a workout plan and some tips on how to play cornerback. I know its gonna take a lot but i’m willing to do it. :)

Open Question: Does this sound like a good workout plan?

I am not fat, I would just like to do some toning.
1. Run on treadmill for 5 min
2. Do crunches
3. Run 5 min
4. Push ups
5. Run 5 min
6. Squats
7. Run 5 min

I am working on toning my stomach, sides (love handles) and thighs. Will this work if I do it every other day? Other workout suggestions? Am I doing this all wrong? Thank you!

I normally walk on the treadmill at a brisk pace while rotating my torso for 30 minutes.
But, I have a blister on my left heel so it really hurts to walk (or do anything) with shoes on. I tried putting on my softball socks to work out, but my heel still really hurt.
Is there any sort of workout that is equivilant to my treadmill workout that I can do for 30 minutes without wearing shoes? (and no, I’m not doing the treadmill barefoot).

i’ve never done any sport in my life.
i’m not totally out of shape, like i’m not overweight or anything, but i never run or do anything.
and i probably don’t eat as healthy as i should.
i am WAY too embarrassed to run around my block or whatever because i don’t want people seeing me, like if i stop.
i don’t have and can’t afford a treadmill.
the most i have to have the same kind of workout, is DDR.haha. :| but um, what should i expect?
i know its too late to start training >__<

Breakfast:
1 protein bar
1 bag of lowfat popcorn
100 calories worth of lean turkey breast

Snack:
2 graham crackers and a tablespoon of lowfat peanut butter

Lunch:
2 slices whole wheat bread
lean turkey or chicken
lettuce
tomato
honey mustard

Snack:
1 granola bar, 1 piece of fruit

Dinner:
1 cup pasta
4 oz. grilled chicken
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup cooked vegetables

I do either a 60 minute treadmill workout or a 45 minute run with hills daily. But I’ve been anorexic 2 years, eating around 900 calories. My nutritionist gave me this meal plan, and I’m allowed to keep doing the same amount of exercise, but I’m scared that I will put on weight from fat. Since I’m following that meal plan and exercising will I put on muscle instead?
