Open Question: ASAP!!!!!!!!! Treadmill-1hour-0incline- 6 to 7-days a week Workout (5 bottled waters)?
I’m gonna run as much as I can (7-8.5) mph then go down to a walk (3.5mph) until I can run again. I will record my calories burned and improve every workout how long until I see results I’m 16 5′6 190 wanna get down to 170 changed my diet already have been working out doing weights and a mile 4 days a week. Have muscle but its covered with fat until I flex. I’m not really fat more solid than anything.
How long should I wait to see results and if none occur what else should I try.( I have plenty of time to workout I’m home schooled and don’t leave very often any tips will help) (Also have stopped weight tranning to focus on fat loss using the treadmill) ASAP
