Open Question: Which is the better walking method?
I know walking is very good exercise.I really want to flatten my abs,especially after having my son.Women I know you relate.I know there are other exercises I can do for my abs,but walking would be a much easier exercise for me cause I can take my son along with me.Do you think walking on the treadmill or walking around the block or on a track is more of a workout or are they the same?
