Open Question: losing weight… again!?!?
okay, i have tried this whole dieting this and i have found it to be really tough. i mean, i don’t mind eating healthy… that doesn’t really bug me… it’s the exercising part of it…. now i think i am more determined than ever, i don’t like the way i feel or look and i need to lose a significant amount of weight…. what is a good treadmill workout and calorie intake for me? i am a 19 year old woman who is 5′8… and i weigh like 265 pounds…. so what can i do? i recently gained the 65 pounds when i kept switching on and off my birth control…
