Open Question: Design Me a workout ?

I have a treadmill, A 10lb dumbbell, a barbell with up to 115lbs, Perfect Push up, How often should I workout what workouts, I have been working out 4 days a week three days off trying to lose fat I also have changed my diet I’m 16 190 wanna lose body fat don’t care how much I weigh I have muscle but its under my fat
