I have a treadmill, A 10lb dumbbell, a barbell with up to 115lbs, Perfect Push up, How often should I workout what workouts, I have been working out 4 days a week three days off trying to lose fat I also have changed my diet I’m 16 190 wanna lose body fat don’t care how much I weigh I have muscle but its under my fat

I am 14 and weigh about 140 pounds. I am 5′5 1/2 about 5′6. I want to start losing weight when school starts. I figure this will be easier for me since I won’t be able to eat when ever I want. I normally don’t eat breakfast before school because I’m not in the mood. Should I start? Does it really help you lose weight? For lunch I mainly just eat sandwiches. Is that good? They aren’t really bad for you. For dinner I eat what my mom makes which is mostly healthy. I will occasionally drink a glass of choc. milk or have some pudding as a snack at night.
I have a treadmill and a trampoline. I don’t really have enough time in the morning before school to exercise. I could maybe do some floor exercises. I will get my main workout around 3:30. How long should I workout? Do you think the exercises they give you in the mag. seventeen will help? Maybe I could walk/jog for 30 minutes and then do some of them? Ok so basically I am asking you what do you think I should do to lose weight. I know i typed a lot. I would like to lose 20-25 pounds. I’m not in a big hurry. Just before the summer starts again. Ok well thanks!

How much is a excercise bike needed in a home work out space. I already have a treadmill a bench a squatrack and a jumprope but im tight on space and want something else for cardio. I just want to know how much a bike is needed and what are other suggestions for cardio equipment? Thanks!

I know walking is very good exercise.I really want to flatten my abs,especially after having my son.Women I know you relate.I know there are other exercises I can do for my abs,but walking would be a much easier exercise for me cause I can take my son along with me.Do you think walking on the treadmill or walking around the block or on a track is more of a workout or are they the same?

Open Question: Is there any technique I can do to avoid calf cramps before I run on the treadmill?

I’m trying a routine of intervals (run@ highspeed for 2 minutes and then go slow for 2)But,after like 1 or 2 times of running my calves will tighten up and I have to stop my workout completely.I know one of the causes is Dehydration (I drink 6-8 bottles of water a day),not enough sleep (I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep) and Vitamin deficiency (I take a GNC vitapak everyday).How do I warm up on the treadmill?
I stretch before I workout aswell so that isn’t the culprit either.

Before I did my workout on the treadmill, it asked me to enter my weight and age. At the end it gave me a calories burned calculation. Is this pretty accurate a measure since I was asked to enter my weight?

okay, i have tried this whole dieting this and i have found it to be really tough. i mean, i don’t mind eating healthy… that doesn’t really bug me… it’s the exercising part of it…. now i think i am more determined than ever, i don’t like the way i feel or look and i need to lose a significant amount of weight…. what is a good treadmill workout and calorie intake for me? i am a 19 year old woman who is 5′8… and i weigh like 265 pounds…. so what can i do? i recently gained the 65 pounds when i kept switching on and off my birth control… :( thanks for any advice :)
