Resolved Question: Help with an exercise plan? 10 Points!?
Friday, August 15th, 2008Four days of the week I do the following :
5 minutes warm up walking to the gym
40-45 minutes of elliptical/ cross trainer maintaining my target heart rate
About 100-200 crunches
Sometimes triceps workouts
5 minutes of cool down walking home
I am afraid of weight training because I do not want to gain muscle.
I also eat healthy and drink a TON of water.
I feel that I am not getting the most effective work out.
Tips or suggestions would be wonderful !!
