Open Question: Workout for tonight?
Tonight I’m going to the gym, and I’m trying to lose a good amount of weight, like hmm 40 lbs, and i’ve gained lately due to late night binging.
Anyone have a good workout routine for weightloss tonight?
I usually do Aerboic and elipltical for 25 minutes.
Then weights for another 25.
Then the treadmill low pace walking for 15 minutes.
