The Problem Is I walk in the treadmill too and while im exercising I slouch alot my back ends up hurting alot and my posture looks bad

Ok here it goes, im starting a weight loss regimen soon and im wondering if i should take HYDROXYCUT. Now in the past ive done the slimfast which worked great (13lbs in 2 1/2 weeks) along with Tae-bo…Now im wanting to get it goin and would like some extra energy. Im going to do the slimfast again and also the tae-bo, however the first week i will do the treadmill as i had surgery earlier this year and dont want to overdo it, but in the later weeks im gonna want to amp up my workout because u all know we hit that plateau. What do u all think about the Slimfast/Hydroxycut combo? btw, im looking to lose approx. 80lbs….Just in case yall were wondering
I am a female soccer player and I broke my nose 3 weeks ago, so I’ve been out for quite a while. Our season is just about to start, so I’m trying to get back into shape. I’ve been doing ab workouts and today I went to an indoor rock climbing gym. While my team practices the rest of this week, another girl and I will be able to go to the weight room. There is just about every kind of machine, as well as ellipticals and treadmills, available. What would be a good workout plan as far as lifting and cardio? I will have about an hour and twenty minutes.
I heard that Walking on a treadmill does a lot of good…And i know running is good cardio, but i really dislike running.
Then I heard that Walking and then sprinting for a few minutes is a good workout.
What is the difference in workout between Running and Walking.
Does one burn calories? and the other not?
