I want to get a toned body with a six pack. I am 5′11/6′0 about 150lbs and I eat 1600 calories a day in 6 small meals.. All healthy foods. Fruits, vegetables, protein etc. I workout every other day with low weight high repititions, and do 30 mins of cardio everyday whether it is stair stepper or running on the treadmill and 7.0 for 3 1/2 miles straight. I sweat my a** off. I also do pushups/pullups every other day for the heck of it. I can pump out like 30 pushups now easy

Here is an example of a random day of eating for me

Breakfeast
oatmeal, 1/2 cup grapes, eggwhites, banana,5 strawberries

Snack
yogurt, apple

lunch
Can of tuna, edamame, 6 bite sizes of watermelon, and 6 strawberries

Snack
1/4 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup raisins

Dinner
Piece of COD fish, 2 cups of veggies, a nectarine, 8 strawberries, 8 bite size cantelope, 8 bite size watermelon.

trust me it all equals to or around 1500/1600 calories.

Any tips. I see some results, my arms look toned. You can see my triceps, my chest looks bigger to.

its Aug 5, and I have school starting September 3rd. I don’t mind if my tummy looks amazing and love handles are vanished, but I would like a large improvement. I don’t have a treadmill and I can’t go out for daily runs. I can do workouts in my room, and that is all. And I can diet. Can anybody help me, please!

I was on it for 29 minutes, and averaged 7.1 mph. The highest speed I went up to was 8.5 mph and went over 3 miles
The treadmill said I burned 450 calories.

I am trying to lose weight so I got a gym membership at a local gym. I have been going and running on the treadmill or using some of the other cardio machines. I usually go for about 30 minutes and burn about 200 calories in that 30 minutes. As of right now money is tight and I don’t have enough money to buy really good food but try to eat veggies in my meals and I don’t eat out much at all. Any suggestions on some fat burning workouts.

I’m just curious, will I still be able to keep lean / gain muscle (Just a little size) with working out 3-4 days a week? I run about 3 miles on the treadmill and lift weights for 30-50 mins. Basically with 3-4 days a week are you still able to see results or is that more of a maintaining workout schedule?
