I want to get a toned body with a six pack. I am 5′11/6′0 about 150lbs and I eat 1600 calories a day in 6 small meals.. All healthy foods. Fruits, vegetables, protein etc. I workout every other day with low weight high repititions, and do 30 mins of cardio everyday whether it is stair stepper or running on the treadmill and 7.0 for 3 1/2 miles straight. I sweat my a** off. I also do pushups/pullups every other day for the heck of it. I can pump out like 30 pushups now easy
Here is an example of a random day of eating for me
Breakfeast
oatmeal, 1/2 cup grapes, eggwhites, banana,5 strawberries
Snack
yogurt, apple
lunch
Can of tuna, edamame, 6 bite sizes of watermelon, and 6 strawberries
Snack
1/4 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup raisins
Dinner
Piece of COD fish, 2 cups of veggies, a nectarine, 8 strawberries, 8 bite size cantelope, 8 bite size watermelon.
trust me it all equals to or around 1500/1600 calories.
Any tips. I see some results, my arms look toned. You can see my triceps, my chest looks bigger to.
