Is this a good or bad diet plan?!

I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks and i’ve only lost one pound. I feel like giving up but I don’t know if maybe I am losing weight but I can’t tell because i might be gaining muscle.

I’ve been running on a treadmill for 20 minutes. Doing 100 jumping jacks. 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and I’ve been dieting eating about 1400-1500 calories a day i’m not sure. I’ve been eating lots of FRUIT! I luv fruit. Some veggies once and a while. For breakfast I have plain oatmeal with a side of fruit and I take kids vitamins too to make sure I get all that good stuff in. I don’t eat junky foods like chocolate =( or fastfood or sugary drinks. It’s been all water except for after i workout I drink chocolate milk. In case your wondering I am 8lbs overweight for my bmi and I would like to lose it in a healthy way this month.
What do u think about the plan?! Also whats a good plan for toning up? or is this fine. Idk if it takes a long time to get it but I don’t want to bulk up or anything!

I would love to be one of those people who wake up in the morning and go off and run 6 miles in an hour and feel great about it. However, I can only run at a steady 5.2miles per hour on my treadmill for about 30 minutes before I feel like dying. I start breathing really hard and sweating after only the first five minutes. I see the contestants on the biggest loser who are a hundred pounds overweight and can run 8 miles an hour. Is it because im short- 5′0″. Im 26 years old and i think im in pretty good shape. My legs and hips are where most of my weight is 22″thighs! ugh. But I only weigh 109lbs. Does everyone run at a different pace? I cant cut calories through dieting because I already eat at the most 1400 calories a day. Should I push myself and intensify my workout or am I doing fine at my own pace

Open Question: How can lose 25- 30 pounds by thanksgiving? Also what is a good cleanse?

I’m a 20 year old female college student that is 5′8 194 lbs and i would like to lose about 25 - 30 lbs by thanksgiving . I’ve started working toward my goal about 3 weeks ago . I’ve been hitting the gym about 3 times a week for 1 hour. My workout consists of either the bike for 30 minutes and treadmill for 30. After all this i burn about 735 cals. I’ve also been switching it up the bike for 15 , the ski machine 15, and the treadmill for 15. I want to increase goin to the gym to about 4 days. I eat someWhat decent i always have 1 bowl of raisen bran for breakfast . I’m been eating more salads instead of fries although i still catch myself eating fries atleast twice a week. I’ve been eating more steam vetagtables and drinking at least 2 bottles of water. I’ve lost about 2 pounds. What else can i do ? how many Calories should i have? i eat alot of fast food, what should i order? what body cleanse would be good for me before i start this diet? i need help …

ok soo i am 21 i weight 120 and im 5′3… for EXACTLY a month im been working out every morning 6x a week for 2-3 hours..i do 1 hour on the treadmill..1 hour on the bike thing and i do squats and im doing arm workouts… my diet as been excellent… i eat in the morning cereal whole grains and fat free milk… and i eat veggies tuna fruit and special k bars or nutrientgrain bars… and i eat sushi..stuff like that i only have 2/3 meals a day but i eat well and im not ever hungry and i drink alotta water and green tea… sooo whats going on..havent seen any toning nothing…im not fat at all im just got some chub on the arms in the legs and the stomach… any suggestions

Open Question: running on the treadmill with breaks?

I go to the gym three times a week, and use the treadmill alot, doing 5km at the start of my workout and then 2.5 at the end, with weights and ab exercises, in the middle. Does breaking down the cardio matter or do you have to do it in one go?, as I also try to add 10 minutes on the rowing machine, I run at 13kmph.

I want to buy one piece of gym equipment to workout while watching TV. Primarily I want to lose weight (fat) but I would also like to tone my upper body. I was considering either a treadmill but that wouldn’t work my upper body (would it?) or a vibrating power plate but I don’t know if this would help me lose weight. The one thing I don’t want is a rowing machine because I don’t like them and it would be difficult to watch TV while using it. Can anyone help?

Open Question: walking during pregnancy

Before I got pregnant I was very fitness oriented. Now I am 35 weeks pregnant and I still workout with light weights and walk on the treadmill for cardio. I’ve noticed that when I am on the treadmill that my stomach becomes rock hard. Is this okay?
